The project is prominently located off Taloja road at the entry node of the Eastern cluster of Palava.
The Club is designed as a series of pavilions. The central pavilion houses the Entrance & Café space, the Party halls are located in the eastern pavilion, while the western portion houses the Gym & Indoor Games room overlooking the pool.
The capsule-shaped central pavilion is the heart of the Club and the massing idea reflects the same. This block, with its higher volume & strong facade expression, towers above the neighbouring linear blocks and anchors them.
The front facade is designed to have a ‘skin’ which are a series of perforated metal panels, which are either openable or fixed based on the function behind. It helps achieve a blend of transparency & opacity and creates an unique and interesting facade language.
