This Project is situated on the bustling and growing Sarkhej-Gandhinagar highway. This is one of the tallest hotel buildings in the city and is designed as a mixed use development with a 5 star Hotel and Commercial Tower -comprising of Premium office spaces. The built mass of the Podium below responds to the city edges in form of Retail while the Offices and Hotel sets back to maintain a certain privacy and distance from the highway. The roof of the podium is topped off with lush landscape which houses the Pool and lounge level of the Hotel.

The two separate programs are intuitive as two linear blocks connected together at right angles. This clarity of program expression is also seen in the façade with the Office building as a delicate, glazed tower and the Hotel building as a solid with restrained punched openings. The glazing is oriented to face north to maximise light while the other facades have windows with horizontal shading elements to control glare.
