The Commercial tower is strategically planned along the east-west axis to take maximum advantage of glare-free sunlight from the north and the building cores are located on the east & south faces to cut off strong & direct light from these directions. While the tower is architecturally expressed like a glass box, the façade is sensitively detailed in response to the climatic needs with adequate shading elements.

The Residential tower is placed away from the road edge overlooking a large Podium Landscape. The apartments, which face prominent views within and surrounding the project, are planned to ensure ample sunlight and cross-ventilation within each unit.
