Godrej 24 & Godrej Elements

Hingewadi is Pune city's premier workspace hub. This project is conceived by the client as an Amenity rich Residential project located closest to this address. This development for 1300 families is built in two phases - called 24 & Elements respectively. Each Phase is independent in terms of landscape amenities, clubhouse and parking spaces.
The building design and structural concept is carefully laid out to enable efficient parking layouts in the podium. This raised podium creates a raised and more breezy & private green at an elevated level. While the architectural layouts are fairly simple with 4 units per level for each building, the building elevations strive to bring in some complexity to the simple massing by staggering the double height decks of the units. Each deck is hung between vertical accented blade like columns and the composition when repeated across the building height creates a pleasing trellis like pattern. The landscape layout breaks away from the linearity of the masterplan and creates a diamond or a diagonal shape for the walkways.
