Golf meadows; is a project located within a larger 106 acres mixed use Masterplan of Golf City at Panvel, on the outskirts of Mumbai. Its topography along the slope of a gentle hill and the direction of the slope led the design to an interesting solution of two towers sited on different plinth levels and connected physically by the club and amenities. The natural terrain of the site is retained and that lends a unique language to the landscape and promotes a real connect with the context.

The design seeks to maintain the ground floor as a pedestrian orientated level with common amenities located in both the towers facing the club. The two towers face the foothills of Matheran on the northeast and the views of the golf course on the southwest.

The parking for the project is in a standalone carparking building towards the south. A common spine or breezeway negotiates the varying levels, creates a unique arrival experience, and doubles up as the unifying element that connects the buildings with the carparking structure.

This residential project has largely two- and three-bedroom units with decks and cross ventilation, across 27 levels for visual connection between inside and outside. The project is getting executed at a good pace and likely to get completed in 2022.
