Due to severe Site constraints & a large parking requirement, the Podium which forms a strong base for the tower is maximized on all sides. Entrance experience is given keen attention to ensure the said limitations were offset by a grand double height colonnade leading to spacious lobbies at ground level. Amenity spaces which are more public in nature like co-working, meeting rooms, medical clinics are planned alongside entrance lobbies to cater to the changing nature of business & work.
Above the parking levels, we have two floors of amenities including banquet halls, gym, creche, squash court, music room etc, which ensure most recreational needs of residents are met within the development. Many of these spaces open onto the gardens planned above the extended podium top. This elevated landscape has been meticulously planned to ensure each corner is included in a holistic range of activities.
Being a tall structure, framing was given thorough consideration at the early stages to avoid heavy columns within an apartment. Apartments have been designed to maximize outward views, explore corner units to have a unique identity & get naturally ventilated toilets. Cross-ventilated elevator lobbies at all levels help in extending entrance experience till the doorstep. The project acts as twin towers within a singular mass. Façade language takes a clue from this fact & further adds to this expression.
