Lodha Supremus

Andheri, Mumbai

Lodha Supremus-Andheri is located in the heart of the rapidly growing business district of Andheri. The proximity to the airport and other major transit hubs, this project was strategically conceived as a Commercial space that addressed the need of the expanding MIDC area as well as the neighboring Residential development by Lodha. This Commercial development is self-sufficiently planned in terms of Landscape amenities, food and beverage outlets, parking spaces and MEP services.

The building design and structural concept are carefully laid out to enable efficient parking at the lower levels and large flexible office spaces above. The project has a grand entrance lobby that flows out into the landscape at the ground level providing good breakout space for the employees. The building layout is planned to maximise the office spaces, embracing the curve in the site. The façade glazing on the west side mirrors the sweep of Site, facilitating maximum daylight along the curve. The south side which receives the harsh glare has been sealed with a solid wall which keeps out the heat, while the north has glazing to receive good daylight. Provision for independent toilets for each office is ensured. A Co-working space is planned on the terrace for a more interactive and informal work experience.
