Lodha Crown is an affordable small format housing project in thane's thriving location at Kolshet Road. Conceived as a part of an overall mixed-use masterplan, the development truly promotes live and work.

The residential towers are thin and tall in comparison to the office footprints across the central park. The views go across the office buildings in this case. The site plan is also influenced greatly by the location of large numbers of trees which are retained in the centre and its canopy lends the site with green microclimate and visual resource.
