Nestled amidst the lush green locality of Vasant Vihar, Thane, the 'Courtyard' is planned to be an extension of the greenery within the complex. Situated along the upcoming and high-end street, Pokhran Road number 2, the scheme will offer plenty of opportunities to its' residents to build connections: with people and with nature.

The connection is created by inserting a large uninterrupted central open space, within an organised group of eight residential towers and a clubhouse. It almost emulates the courtyards of the ancient, traditional houses. Interplay of light and shadow at multiple places will help break the inherent monotony of a tower and enhance the experience of the buildings.

A similar architectural framework will follow in the design of the club house & retail block, thus bringing about a sense of predictability and comfort. Retail edge will not only help activate the street edge but along with a thoughtfully designed plaza, enhance the pedestrian experience as well.

At the neighbourhood level, the open space of the adjacent property & the planned central open space will combine spatially to form a much larger gesture, extending the idea of building a community across scales and beyond compound walls in a dense urban fabric.
