Workspaces

In view of the leitmotifs of our time - globalization, deregulation and above all global networks - the workspace has gone through a fundamental transformation. The new office is turning into an ever great extent into a networked system of highly flexible spaces with clearly discernible modes of working ranging from private offices to collaborative workspaces. These new working and organizational principles have forced us to rethink the appropriate architectural response to office buildings.

Over the years, we have worked on a number of corporate campuses and workspaces which included both architecture and interiors. The scale of the projects have varied from single buildings to campuses with multiple buildings. Through this journey we have understood the nature of the work environment and have articulated our concerns through innovative architectural solutions.

Despite varied scales, our concerns have been extremely consistent. Our primary focus has been on pursuing a specific design agenda:

  • To create a vibrant and cohesive work environment.
  • To create buildings that respond to the site, climate and energy efficiency.
  • To establish a strong relationship between the built form and the landscape.
  • The ability to create meaningful public spaces that bind people together and go beyond the program to encourage collaboration and innovation.
  • Knitting together the tangible and the intangible with innovative design elements and efficient space planning.

We are showcasing a few of our office projects which demonstrate our concerns and approach to the design of meaningful workspaces.
